This mini microcement kit for plastered surfaces, covering up to 4 square meters, includes:

1 Smart Primer GRIP 1 Kg: adhesion promoter with ready-to-use compound aggregate. Creates a rough surface with excellent adhesion on low-absorption substrates. The purpose of this primer is to enhance the subsequent adhesion of Smartcret microcement.
1 Smart Base 8Kg: Ready-to-use microcement for preparation. Pigmented with a larger grain size, it is applied to the surface base to provide solidity. It does not contribute to the final result.
1 Smart Liso 3Kg: Ready-to-use finishing microcement. Also pigmented in the customer's chosen color, it is applied after Smart Base. Unlike the latter, it has a smaller grain size, resulting in a smoother and softer finish. It contributes to the final aesthetics of the floor or wall.
1 Smart Varnish 1L: Ready-to-use water-based polyurethane varnish. Seals the pores and provides protection to the microcement against traffic, abrasion wear, or water. This microcement varnish enhances the color. Matte and satin finish.

Application of Mini microcement kit for plastered surfaces 43ft2

Clean the surface and remove any traces of dirt, grease, and dust. Once the surface is dry, apply protective adhesive tape to delimit the space where the microcement will be applied.
Take a roller and apply 1 coat of Smart Primer ABS primer so that the microcement adheres perfectly to the surface. Let it dry for only 30 minutes.
Dip the Smart Roller in the Smart Base and spread the microcement thinly (less than 1mm) on the wall vertically, then horizontally. Smooth it out with the polycarbonate trowel using arcing motions in all directions. Repeat this process until the surface is completely covered and smooth. Allow 6 hours of drying time between layers and sand after each layer with a 40-grit sandpaper. Apply a total of 2 layers of Smart Base.
Follow the same process with the Smart Liso. Use the Smart Roller and the polycarbonate trowel to spread the microcement thinly (less than 0.5mm) until the surface is fully covered. Allow 6 hours of drying time between layers and sand after each layer using a 220-grit sandpaper. Remove the adhesive tape immediately after application or after complete drying. Apply a total of 2 layers of Smart Liso. Let it dry for 24 hours after the final coat.
Place adhesive tape again. Apply 3 layers of Smart Varnish microcement varnish; for bathrooms or high-traffic floors, it is advisable to apply 4 layers. Do not proceed with this step until 24 hours have passed since the application of the last coat of Smart Liso. Allow 4 hours of drying time between varnish layers. Sand the first and second layer with a 400-grit sandpaper.
Smart Varnish achieves its maximum resistances after seven days.

IMPORTANT: Ensure that the surface is suitable for applying the microcement mini kit for 4m2 on plastered surfaces. Our ready-to-use microcement cannot be applied if the surface has cracks, dents, chips, breakages, or excess moisture. It will be necessary to fix it before applying Smartcret products.
