1 Smart Jointer 1,5 kg: tile and mosaic joint filler. High-adhesion, quick-drying filler putty. Available in different formats that match the joint size. Its function is to smooth the substrate before applying Smartcret's ready-to-use microcement. Water and moisture-resistant product.
1 Smart Primer GRIP 1Kg: adhesion promoter with ready-to-use compound aggregate. Creates a rough surface with excellent adhesion on low-absorption substrates. The purpose of this primer is to enhance the subsequent adhesion of Smartcret microcement.
1 Smart Base 8Kg: ready-to-use microcement for preparation. Pigmented product with larger granules applied at the base of the substrate to ensure consistency. It does not provide the final finish.
1 Smart Liso 3Kg: finishing ready-to-use microcement. Pigmented product applied after Smart Base. It has a finer granularity and is responsible for providing the uniform, smooth, and soft aesthetics of microcement.
1 Smart Varnish 1L: ready-to-use water-based polyurethane varnish. Its function is to seal and protect the microcement from external agents such as abrasion or water, among others. A microcement sealer that enhances the color of the new coating. Available in matte and satin finishes.

Application of Mini Microcement Kit for Tiled Surfaces 43ft2

Clean and degrease the surface. Once dry, use adhesive tape to delineate the area for microcement application.
Apply 1 layer of Smart Jointer to fill the joints of the substrate. Let the product dry for 24 hours. Then, sand with a 40-grit sandpaper.
Prime the floor or wall for perfect microcement adhesion. With the help of a roller, apply 1 layer of Smart Primer GRIP. Hand-stir the product before use. For proper drying, let it dry for 2-4 hours.
Apply 2 layers of Smart Base with the Smart Roller for microcement, using the Smartcret polycarbonate trowel to smooth it down. Allow 6 hours of drying between layers and sand after each layer with 40-grit sandpaper.
It's time for Smart Liso to finish decorating the floor or wall. Apply 2 layers with the polycarbonate trowel. Respect 6 hours of drying between layers. Sand each coat with a 220-grit sandpaper.
Apply 2 layers of Smart Base with the Smart Roller for microcement, using the Smartcret polycarbonate trowel to smooth it down. Respect 6 hours of drying between layers. Sand each coat with a 220-grit sandpaper.
24 hours after applying the last coat of Smart Liso, reapply adhesive tape. Apply 3 layers of Smart Varnish sealer; in humid areas like bathrooms or floors with heavy traffic, apply 4 coats. Remove the adhesive tape after application or when drying is complete. Allow 4 hours between coats. Sand the first and second coats with a 400-grit sandpaper.
Smart Varnish achieves its maximum resistances after seven days.

IMPORTANT: Ensure that the substrate is suitable for applying our mini microcement kit for 4m2. If it has cracks, dents, chips, breaks, or excess moisture, it must be addressed before installing the ready-to-use microcement.
